Meet Stephanie Mahan
PA-C
Steph is a certified Physician Associate, bringing over 13 years of experience with patient care, with a background in surgery and aesthetics she delivers a unique blend of clinical expertise, artistic eye, and heartfelt care to every treatment. As the founder and lead injector at Vital Glow Medspa, Steph is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best—while staying true to who they are.
When she’s not injecting she stays busy with her husband and 4 children, coaching and training many of their athletic endeavors, and enjoys being outside hiking, paddle boarding, swimming, or snowboarding with her crew. She enjoys singing and making music on the piano and on the rare occasion she finds a quiet moment, you’ll find her snuggled up with her cat or dog reading!

MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Michael Illingworth, MD
Dr. Michael Illingworth brings over three decades of experience as a highly skilled OB GYN and Medical Director to the field of aesthetics. With a career spanning 30 years, he has delivered over 10,000 babies and performed a multitude of surgeries, including laser hair removal, Botox injections, and vaginal rejuvenation. He also has 10 years experience with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Illingworth's expertise extends to overseeing and screening patients for a wide range of treatments as the Medical Director of a large full-service medical spa.
While his aesthetic journey began in 1994 when formal training for procedures like Botox and laser hair removal was not mandatory, Dr. Illingworth's hands-on experience and dedication to patient care speak volumes. He has collaborated with NPs, PAs, and midwives in obstetrics and gynecology, bringing a collaborative approach to patient management.
As the Medical Director of the medical spa, Dr. Illingworth's responsibilities included supervising multiple NPs and PAs, ensuring adherence to best practices, and personally screening and clearing all patients before treatments. His extensive background in women's health and aesthetics makes him a valuable asset in providing safe and effective treatments that prioritize patient well-being.
